Who We Are

Grace Attard is the Creator and Owner of e-Spot™. Grace has run enSpire Coaching Inc. since 2005, helping entrepreneurs and small business owners focus on and achieve their goals for themselves and their businesses. She started enSpire Coaching after 15 years in senior management positions in branding, strategic planning, marketing, fund development and event management. Coupled with an MBA, she completed her coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2005 and brings both inspiration and reality to her clients. One client says that she is “ideas and inspiration rooted in reality.” Grace was an RBC Woman Entrepreneur of the Year nominee in 2008 and Oakville Business Excellence Awards nominee in 2007. Building a community of conscious, respectful entrepreneurs and providing a safe home for them is a dream come true. Grace is honoured to be a well-respected speaker, author, coach and entrepreneur in the GTA and envisions the e-Spot™ as a spot for entrepreneurs to discover their potential.

Elaine Geroche is the e-Spot™ Manager and she certainly knows a thing or two about creating and extending a unique service in our e-Spot™ community. As a previous Starbucks store manager in two locations in Alberta and Ontario, Elaine can multitask with the best of them. Having run a small business herself, as a College Pro Painters franchisee, Elaine is well aware of the thrills and challenges of being an entrepreneur. Elaine will make sure your e-Spot™ experience is second to none and will help connect you with the resources that best help grow you and your business.

How it started – the e-Spot story

It all started 4 years ago when I created a vision board. On it, I remember a quote that said, “if you are an entrepreneur, then you are in the club” and I knew that one day, I had to create a place for people like me, small business owners, to belong to and feel part of a community. I remember feeling so alone, like nobody in the world gave two hoots about MY business, or MY clients or how I was doing and I desperately wanted to be with other people who wanted to learn about themselves, change and grow...

Since then I have run a coaching and consulting practice for entrepreneurs called enSpire Coaching Inc. and what I’ve seen is this….entrepreneurs everywhere, everyday, crave a space, a community, a ‘club’ to belong to, just like I did. In fact, it’s actually a huge gap in our communities.

So the goal of the e-Spot™ is to fill that gap. We are a spot that will help entrepreneurs excel....where we can help make entrepreneurial dreams comes true … a club to belong to... at last!
