What exactly is the e-Spot™?

It’s the perfect spot for entrepreneurs who need a space to work, a community to belong to and resources and experts to help grow their small businesses.

Is it an actual space?

Yes. Just under 3,000 sq ft of loft style space that is design forward, inspiring and inviting. The e-Spot™ includes an open-concept, community workspace with desks and moveable seating, as well as a boardroom and small private meeting space.

Where is the e-Spot™?

The e-Spot™ is conveniently located just off QEW at Trafalgar, offering easy access and plenty of free parking.  Co-ordinates are 353 Iroquois Shore Road, 2nd floor, right above Artisano Bakery and Café.

When can I work there?

Members have unlimited access to the community workspace Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM.  The boardroom and small meeting space are also available for rent during normal hours.  The boardroom and presentation/event space are can be rented outside normal hours. Please call us or check the calendar for availability.

What is the cost?

Membership is $69/month per person after initiation fee.  GST is not included.

How much is the initiation fee and what does it cover?

Solopreneurs - $200
Partnerships - $350
Company (3+) - $500

Your initiation fee covers all membership set up costs and includes a 45-minute business assessment with e-Spot™ creator and small business coach, Grace Attard.

Can I write it off?

Membership fees are a tax deductable business expense.

Do I get my own office?

Membership gives you unlimited access to the community workspace where you can use a desk. For the times you need privacy, you can rent a closed office at the preferred member rate.

Can I bring my clients to the e-Spot™?

Yes. You can bring the same client to the community space, two times per month. After that, you can buy them a guest spot for $10. Of course any time you rent a private office, the boardroom or meeting space, you can host as many guests as the space will hold.

I have business partners – can they work here too?

Yes. We have memberships for a Solopreneur, Partnership or Company. Initiation fees vary, and the monthly fee is $69 per person.

Can I host my networking group there?

Yes. The e-Spot™ community space is the perfect meeting spot for groups from 15-60 people. It’s available outside the normal e-Spot™ hours of M-F, 9-6 and can be set up to meet your needs.  For groups under 15, the boardroom is available anytime.

What’s the e-Team?

The e-Team is a group of entrepreneurs who work regular hours at the e-Spot™ and are available to provide small business services to members. Click here to see who’s on the team.

What is the Gracious Giving Fund?

The Gracious Giving Fund was established by e-Spot™ founder Grace Attard to foster the entrepreneurial spirit in youth. One dollar from your monthly membership fee will go to the Gracious Giving to support youth business start-ups in the Halton region.
