Rent Space

e-Spot™ offers several spaces for rent to meet your business needs, from working on your own in private, to hosting a large presentation or event.  Each space can be set up to suit your requirements and we will happily coordinate catering, signage or other needs on your behalf and will bill you directly for services. GST will be added to room rental rates and services costs. 

Within our almost 3,000 square feet we offer:

Individual office / Small meeting room

Available for rent on an hourly or daily basis during e-Spot™ regular hours. Complete with furniture and wi-fi access.  The room holds a maximum of four people.

• Member price - $15 per hour
• Non-member price - $25 per hour

Boardroom

Private meeting room, fully equipped with projector screen, digital projector, wi-fi access, flip chart, board table and chairs, with capacity for up to 15 people. The boardroom is for rent from 7AM to 10PM weekdays and 9AM to 5PM on the weekends.

• Member price - $45 per hour
• Non-member price - $60 per hour

Please note that for boardroom bookings outside of e-Spot™ hours, an additional $20 will be charged per hour.

Community Space

Fully equipped with LCD screen, wi-fi access, flip chart, tables and chairs in an open-concept design.  Room can be configured to your needs. Capacity for up to 40 people seated and 75 standing.

• Member price - $75 per hour
• Non-member price - $95 per hour

Catering Coordination

You are welcome to bring in your own catering however please ask us to co-ordinate your catering if you need it.  We have the best selection of organic, free trade coffees and teas around and have a handful of fabulous catering suppliers that we work with.  Let us know if we can help co-ordinate the catering for your event.

Cancellation and deposit policy

Upon booking space at the e-Spot™ we do require a credit card to hold the rental and charge you in full AFTER your event.  We also require 7 days for any cancellation and will be charged a damage deposit for any cancellation made after: $25 for the individual room, $60 for board room and $100 for community space.
